SMYRNA – Students, faculty,
administrators and staff are invited to share their talents during a festive
holiday show and film festival on Dec. 4 (Wednesday) sponsored by the Smyrna
Entertainment, Arts and Media Club (SEAM).
The “Motlow Smyrna Holiday Traditions” show will recognize the
traditions of holiday celebrations such as Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa with
music, songwriting, storytelling, poetry, visual art, and dance. The show will
occur in the MLA Lobby between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The "Motlow Smryna Christmas Film Festival" will celebrate the holiday season
with the showing of original short student films and classic movies. The event
will occur in AWJ 124 from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Auditions for both events will be held from
9:30-10:30 a.m. on Nov. 14 and Nov. 21 (Thursdays) in MLA 124. Past performers are not required to audition. To express
interest in performing at the show or presenting an original film at the film
