SMYRNA -- Congratulations
to Motlow Smyrna Mechatronics students Ben Steakley and Alex Cooper, who recently
won Gold Medals in the Skills USA state competition for Robotics and
Automation in Chattanooga. They will compete in the national competition in
Louisville, Kentucky, in mid-June.
"Winning a Gold Medal in only the
second year of Skills USA participation is amazing," said Wayne Ellington,
maintenance supervisor for Trim Chassis Maintenance & Engineering at Nissan
Group of North America.
